Back at the end of July 2011 I blogged about a commercial Building on Beatty Street at the end of Heritage Row (564 Beatty Street), the Beatty Gate building. This is the last building heading South along Beatty Street, before you hit the walk through courtyard beside Stadium Sky-Train Station!

Historic Chinatown is GROWING!!

The approval of high-rises (15 storeys max) is really going to change the community of Chinatown, North Americas 2nd largest Chinatown to be precise. This will enable the growth of this historic community with new mixed use residential development as well as commercial & retails development along the Main Street strip of Chinatown.
